Where I help

Amazon problems rarely stay inside the ad account.

01

Ad spend is growing faster than profit

Separate real growth from spend-driven noise, find wasted media, and connect PPC and DSP decisions to contribution margin.

02

The catalog is fighting the business

Fix the product data, listing, variation, and operational issues that drag down discovery, conversion, and reporting.

03

Seller, Vendor, and channel decisions are stuck

Work through the economics and trade-offs instead of defaulting to whichever program Amazon is pushing this quarter.

04

Too many partners, no single owner

Create one plan across internal teams, agencies, finance, operations, and leadership—with someone accountable for the whole channel.

05

Forecasting and inventory keep breaking the plan

Build a practical planning model that connects demand, seasonality, inventory, media, and the number finance expects.

06

The channel has outgrown its current leadership

Add senior ownership during a transition, a hiring gap, a turnaround, or a period when Amazon suddenly matters more than it used to.

Why me

I’ve worked the channel from almost every side.

I joined Envision Horizons as employee #1, later returned to lead growth and AI, and helped the Amazon agency reach eight figures through four straight years of 50% growth.

I’ve led strategy across Seller Central and Vendor Central, overseen Amazon PPC, Sponsored Brands and DSP, managed a 10-person performance team, and built the forecasting and reporting systems behind the work.

Accounts I’ve worked with include Victoria’s Secret, Elemis, Vacation, Dose, and Discount Filters. Before the agency world, I sourced, manufactured, imported, and sold my own products—so I understand what bad inventory and margin decisions feel like when the money is yours.

Ways to work together

Start with the scope that fits the problem.

01

Amazon opportunity diagnostic

A focused review of media, catalog, economics, operations, reporting, and ownership. You get a direct readout and a ranked action plan.

02

90-day growth and profit plan

Turn the diagnostic into an operating plan with priorities, targets, owners, reporting, and the first round of execution support.

03

Fractional Head of Amazon or E-Commerce

Senior channel ownership for brands that need direction, team leadership, partner management, and executive reporting without a full-time hire.

04

Agency and retail media oversight

An experienced operator on your side of the table to review plans, pressure-test reporting, set expectations, and keep incentives pointed at your business.

FAQ

Questions I usually get.

What kind of company is this for?+

Usually an established brand with meaningful Amazon revenue, a team or agency already in place, and a problem that has become too expensive or cross-functional for another narrow specialist.

Do you work in Seller Central and Vendor Central?+

Yes. I’ve led strategy across both, including catalog, advertising, channel economics, and the operating decisions that change between the two models.

Are you replacing our agency?+

Not automatically. I can work beside a good agency, help fix a strained relationship, run a review before a search, or step in when the current setup is no longer working.

Will you manage campaigns directly?+

That depends on the scope. My best use is usually senior diagnosis, direction, operating structure, and oversight. Hands-on campaign or build work can be included when it is the right answer.

How long do engagements run?+

A diagnostic can be a short project. Operating plans usually run several weeks. Fractional leadership works best as an ongoing engagement with a clear review point.

Can you work quietly behind the scenes?+

Yes. Advisory, diligence, agency review, and executive support are often confidential. I do not turn client work into public content without permission.
