Growth · Marketing · Revenue · AI

I build growth engines when the work stops fitting inside one department.

I've spent 15+ years connecting demand, sales, commerce, teams, and the systems underneath them. For the right company and mandate, I'm open to a full-time leadership role.

The cleanest fit

VP Growth or VP Marketing.

At a company where marketing is expected to own pipeline and revenue—not just campaigns.

My background looks broad because the jobs required it. I've built demand, sold enterprise work, led performance teams, run Amazon programs, managed forecasts, rebuilt websites, and shipped AI tools. The common thread is building the system that turns market attention into business results.

GM or founding commercial lead

Also credible

Head of Growth & AI

For a company ready to make AI part of its customer acquisition, operating model, and product—not a side experiment.

What I can own

The whole path from attention to revenue.

01

Build the demand engine

Positioning, SEO, content, research, events, webinars, newsletters, conversion, and the operating rhythm that keeps it moving.

02

Connect marketing to revenue

CRM, lead scoring, routing, pipeline, forecasting, sales enablement, enterprise deals, and clean handoffs between the teams.

03

Own commerce and performance

Amazon, retail media, paid acquisition, marketplace operations, channel economics, and the measurement underneath them.

04

Make AI useful inside the business

Workflow adoption, internal tools, LLM products, automation, AI visibility, and a practical way to measure whether any of it works.

Evidence, not adjectives

I've built, sold, led, and shipped.

Built the company with the founders

Employee #1 to an eight-figure agency

At Envision Horizons, I helped build the growth engine and operating structure behind four consecutive years of 50% growth.

Made marketing accountable

More than half of lead flow came inbound

I built the system across content, research, webinars, events, SEO, and a newsletter that grew past 30,000 subscribers.

Worked both sides of the number

$3M+ sold and $50M+ managed

I personally closed more than $3 million in annual contract value and oversaw more than $50 million in annual client ad spend.

Built teams and tools

From ten-person performance teams to production AI

I led managers across client services, media, DSP, and creative, then scoped LLM tools and AI workflows used across 50+ client accounts.

Where I do my best work

A meaningful number. A messy system. Room to build.

Strong fit

  • B2B services, SaaS, commerce, AI, agency, or platform businesses
  • A growth stage, reset, or new market where the old playbook is not enough
  • A role with a real number to own and the authority to fix what drives it
  • Founders and executives who want direct answers and working systems

Probably not the fit

  • A narrow brand role separated from pipeline and revenue
  • A pure paid-media individual contributor position
  • A large organization where every function is locked into a fixed lane
  • A mandate that wants presentation theater more than operating change

How I lead

Give people the number, the context, and room to solve. Get close when the problem is hard. Say what is true. Build the system so heroics stop being necessary.

I've led individual contributors, managers, and cross-functional teams across growth, sales, media, client services, DSP, creative, and AI. I'm hands-on when the work needs it, but the goal is always a team that gets stronger and a business that gets less dependent on any one person.

Full-time leadership

If the mandate sounds bigger than the title, we should talk.

Send me the company, the problem, and why this role matters now. A formal job description is optional.
