AI visibility · GEO · AEO · Agencies & B2B

Find out why AI recommends your competitors—and what to do about it.

I help agencies and B2B companies measure how they appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI answers, trace the sources shaping those recommendations, and turn the findings into a plan for content, authority, and demand.

Where I help

The real question isn’t your visibility score. It’s why buyers aren’t finding you.

01

You don’t know where the company actually appears

Build a defensible baseline across real buyer questions instead of testing a few flattering prompts and calling it measurement.

02

Competitors get named and you don’t

Trace the sources, content, category associations, and third-party authority shaping the answers—and identify the gaps you can realistically change.

03

Your content plan was built for blue links

Work out which existing pages help AI systems understand your expertise, which are ignored, and what is missing from the source picture.

04

The team is chasing GEO without a business case

Connect visibility work to branded discovery, qualified traffic, sales conversations, category authority, and the demand metrics leadership already tracks.

05

Your agency wants to offer GEO but needs a method

Turn a vague new service line into repeatable research, client reporting, clear boundaries, and an offer the team can sell without bluffing.

06

AI research is stuck in screenshots and demos

Build repeatable prompt sets, sampling, analysis, reporting, and workflows that hold up when a client or executive asks how the number was produced.

Why me

I know the AI visibility work and the B2B growth work behind it.

I created the methodology behind Trace at Vektor10, measuring brand and company visibility, citation presence, and category rank across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Alexa.

I built an AEO tracker in 2023 and have since designed category studies, prompt sampling, citation analysis, and reporting systems for questions where a single hand-picked prompt would be misleading.

Before that, I built the inbound engine that generated more than half of lead flow for an eight-figure agency, helped grow its newsletter past 30,000 subscribers, closed $3M+ in annual contract value, and drove AI automation across 50+ client accounts. I understand how visibility has to connect to pipeline, positioning, and sales—not just a dashboard.

Ways to work together

Start with the scope that fits the problem.

01

AI visibility audit

A measured baseline across agreed platforms, buyer questions, competitors, citations, and sources—with a direct readout of what is happening and where the gaps sit.

02

Competitive category study

A deeper research program showing who gets recommended, how often, for which questions, and which sources shape the category. Useful for strategy, sales, positioning, and market education.

03

GEO and AEO action plan

Turn the measurement into a ranked plan across content, third-party authority, technical signals, subject-matter expertise, distribution, and ownership.

04

Agency GEO offer design

Build or fix the service itself: methodology, scope, packaging, reporting, sales materials, delivery workflow, and the line between a credible claim and nonsense.

05

AI research workflows and tooling

Design or prototype prompt research, citation analysis, reporting, and internal decision workflows around your team’s real process and review requirements.

06

Ongoing AI visibility advisor

Regular access for measurement review, platform changes, experiments, client questions, and the decisions that do not fit inside a standard SEO retainer.

FAQ

Questions I usually get.

Who is this for?+

Agencies and B2B companies are the main fit. Agencies may want a credible GEO service or white-label research support. B2B teams may want to understand how buyers encounter their company, category, products, or expertise inside AI answers.

What’s the difference between GEO and AEO?+

The terms overlap. AEO is often used for appearing in answer engines. GEO is often used for visibility and citations in generative systems. I care less about the label than measuring where you appear, why, and what action follows.

What do you actually measure?+

That depends on the question, but usually: how often a company is named, where it ranks in an answer, which prompts produce it, which competitors appear, what sources are cited, and how stable the result is across repeated samples.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Gemini will cite us?+

No—and anyone who guarantees it is selling certainty that does not exist. I can build a sound measurement method, find the gaps, improve the inputs you control, and track whether the work changes outcomes.

Can you work behind our agency brand?+

Yes. I can support methodology, research, reporting, sales calls, or delivery quietly. We can also build the system so your team owns it instead of depending on me forever.

Does AI visibility tie directly to revenue?+

Not cleanly in every case. We can track visibility, citations, referral traffic, branded search, lead quality, and sales feedback, but I will not pretend every mention turns into pipeline. The measurement plan should state what it can and cannot prove.
